0:47 “inflammation is what’s causing damage within our bodies”
What?! Inflammation is a response to damage, not the cause. Len Kravitz in ACSM Health & Fitness Journal explains: “The purpose of the inflammation response is to contain the damage, repair the damage, and clean up the injured area of waste products.”
It’s the damage that is causing damage within our bodies, not the inflammation response. You can’t generalize that “inflammation is bad”.

Like all lipoproteins, LDL enables fats and cholesterol to move within the water based solution of the blood stream. LDL also regulates cholesterol synthesis at these sites. It commonly appears in the medical setting as part of a cholesterol blood test, and since high levels of LDL cholesterol can signal medical problems like cardiovascular disease, it is sometimes called “bad cholesterol,” (as opposed to HDL, which is frequently referred to as “good cholesterol” or “healthy cholesterol”

just because you have a phd doesnt mean you can say what ever you want “doctor” LDL is a kind of protein that carries fat thru the blood..It is NOT a free Radical. I am sorry, but you are wrong.

It causes cell damage by oxidation so it’s classified as a free radical.

He says LDL is a free radical. I don’t think that is true.
