You need to feed the kitten with an eye dropper medicine dropper…something small for their mouth. check your local walmart or pet store… there is special milk that needs to be given to it as well. It’s right in the pet section at walmart. There eyes are not going to open for a few weeks. You have got to get feeding the kitten ASAP or else it wont survive and also needs to be fed every couple of hours

Go to the pet store and buy some kitten formular. It’s almost like the mothers milk. The eyes should open in a week or two. You will also need a small bottle, the pet store people will help you out.

I found a kitten a few weeks ago. but older than the one you have found, What i could suggest is getting a small animal cages such as a hamster one and putting some warm bedding in there. Cages Are much saffer than a box. And get some kind of cat milk to replace what she would be drinking now (her mothers milk), Good pets shops should cell it. To Give Her the milk get her one of these bottles http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MILK-FEEDING-SET-BOTTLE-PUPPY-BABY-KITTEN-RABBIT_W0QQitemZ190153897685QQihZ009QQcategoryZ20751QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem these are ideal for stray kittens. Make sure she stays warm all the time. She might fall asleep on you because she will proberly feel safe there. I would advise taking her to the vets also when she is a few weeks older so they can cheak if she is okay. It would also be good if you asked a friend or found someone who has a cat who has just had a litter and then she could go join that litter and the mothers might take her on as her own and she will have more chances of surving.

This is difficult, but not impossible.
1. Keep her warm, but not too hot. So small babies cannot control their body temperature, so you must keep her at a steady 37-38 C (the temperature of a body). Not lower, but not higher either. Put her with a blanket she can cuddle up with.
2. Buy kitten formula milk. Prepare it and warm it up at body temperature each time. feed every 2 hours. She should suck it from a kitten bottle by herself, but if she doesn’t you can drop some drops on her tongue with a suringe (without needle). Just don’t poor milk in her mouth if she is not moving her mouth like she is swallowing, because babies can inhale liquids and die.
3. After every feed, take a wet cotton ball and wipe her bum and wee-wee area, until she pees. This is essential, because she can’t do it on her own. She will pee every time after feeding, but she will not necessarily poop every time. She may poop once a day or two days.
4. Her eyes will open after 1 week approximately. If she has a lot of liquid like pus on her eyes when they open, clean them with chamomile tea infusion or Tobrex, but ask the vet about it. At 2-3 weeks she will start walking more confidently. At 4-5 weeks she can start eating canned food. Until then, good luck.

Whatever you do don’t give it regular milk it will kill it… go to a pet stor.. petsmart or wjhatever ASAP get some milk & actually talk to them heep baby warm too. Iwould REALLY suggest going right away if possible. I actually had a similiar situation & I tried ( i had 4 that were abandoned) they actually all died
BUT if I would have gone to the pet store sooner then later they would have made it…. Very Good Luck…

First, Keep Warm. Baby kits cannot retain thier own body heat. I would reccomend a heating pad with blankets on top of it, set at low or med. and keep checking to make sure it’s not too hot.
You Need: pet carrier or cozy box to keep her in.
KMR Kitten Milk (OR GOAT’S MILK)
Gerber’s Stage 2 Chicken baby (people) food
Pet feeding bottle with extra nipples
cozy, soft clean blankets
cotton balls
You can order this stuff online.
Feed kitten every couple hours…she’ll usually start nosing around when hungry. Warm the KMR (keep in ‘fridge) in the microwave, test it on your inner wrist to make sure it’s not too hot. At about two weeks you can start putting a dab or two of Gerber’s baby food in KMR & shaking it to mix- it’s really easy to feed her then! It’s a good source of nutrients and good for her. Don’t heat baby food in microwave it does weird stuff.
You’ll probably have to make the hole in the nipple a bit bigger.
You have to use warm wet cotton balls- rubbed on her bottom- to make her go potty. Mom licks them for the first 3 weeks to get them to potty.
Keep her warm, let her sleep, and feed her in lttle bits a lot of the time, like every couple hours or so.
Her eye’s will start to open by about a week & a half old, and should be open by two weeks. At 4 weeks she can be introduced to a litterbox, and dry kitten food soaked in water.
Good Luck!

Good news!!! Go to the site I am posting !!! If you can find a way to do what they are suggesting, the baby should be fine.
Please let me know if you keep the kitty. I was named after a cat many, many years ago, and would love to help you save your baby. Good Luck!

You really do need to bring her to a vet and see if they can help you, especially with feeding her the right kind of milk. There are female cats that are willing to "adopt" kittens that weren’t born to them. It’s in their nature to just take over any kitten who’s in the area and watch out for it and feed it. See if the vet can help you find a momma cat for the kitten, otherwise it’s doubtful that the kitten will make it.
